This Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") Disclosure applies to all communications between you and Lead Lab ("we," "us," or "our").

Consent to Contact

By submitting any form on tryleadlab.com(the "Site"), you provide your prior express written consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from Lead Lab at the phone number and email address you provide. This consent applies to communications regarding:

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lead Lab is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opting Out

You may revoke your consent at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Emailing us at trey@tryleadlab.comwith the subject line "Opt Out"
  • Calling us at (413) 505-8565 and requesting to be removed

Once you opt out, we will stop sending you promotional communications within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24 hours for texts, up to 10 business days for other channels). Opting out of marketing communications does not affect service-related messages necessary for your active subscription (e.g., billing notices, critical service updates).

Data Protection

Your phone number and contact information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

Text messaging is supported on all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their subsidiaries. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and may be delayed in areas with limited coverage.
