These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tryleadlab.com(the "Site") and the services provided by Lead Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Lead Lab provides website design, development, and hosting services primarily for plumbing businesses. Our services include custom website design, hosting, SSL certificates, SEO setup, Google Business Profile integration, and ongoing content updates as described on our pricing page.

Free Preview

We offer a free website preview at no cost or obligation. The preview is a demonstration of what your site could look like and does not constitute a binding agreement. You are under no obligation to purchase our services after receiving a preview.

Subscription and Payment

  • Our service is billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page (currently $97/month).
  • There are no setup fees.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Prices may change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice by emailing trey@tryleadlab.com or by contacting us by phone.
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
  • Upon cancellation, you may claim your domain name from us. Website design, code, and content are not transferred.
  • Your website will remain live through the end of your current paid billing period.
  • After cancellation takes effect, your site will be taken offline and hosting will end.

Content Ownership

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (business information, photos, logos, text). You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
  • Your domain: You own your domain name. We do not register or hold domains on your behalf unless explicitly agreed.
  • Website design: The custom design, code, and layout created by Lead Lab remain our intellectual property while you are an active subscriber. The design is licensed to you as part of your subscription.
  • Customer data: All leads, form submissions, and customer inquiries generated through your website belong to you.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information for your website
  • Ensure you have the right to use any content (photos, logos, text) you provide to us
  • Not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Maintain current payment information
  • Respond to reasonable requests for information needed to maintain your site

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Misrepresent your business, credentials, or licensing status
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, or data, arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lead Lab harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will result in any specific number of leads, calls, or revenue for your business. Results vary based on market, competition, and other factors outside our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
